Never, ever again. – This dentist office's horrible customer service ultimately cost me $20,000. Following insurance snafu, they mailed a bill to a years-outdated address. Months passed, and I was entirely unaware of both the snafu and bill. The worst part was that I came in for next cleaning and they never even mentioned that a prior bill was pending. They then submitted the $100 bill to a collection agency, which sent notification to the same years-outdated address, and no one even informed me. The collection agency damage... read more

Terrible Experience – Odd that I chose this place by reading a positive review and now coming back to leaving a negative review. I am not sure how much business they will lose but looks like they don't care. I had cleaning there over a year ago and moved from Round Rock to Dallas. I received a bill for not showing up for appointment. I called and told them I left the city 9 months ago. Apparently, they made a recurring appointment.
