Friendly, courteous, thorough and professional
Robin cleans my teeth and is very gentle. Understands my needs based on physical condition. Very thorough. Dr Gorman is professional and nice. A great experience. I used to dislike going to dentist. Not anymore.
Am a medical professional as well healthcare administrator so when I say Round Rock Family Dental is EXCELLENT I am saying it from both a professional experience as well as personal experience. I just had a cleaning today, and as always, the Dental Hygienist was professional, very competent and friendly. Did not see the dentist today as it was not part of the appointment, but when I do see him, he is also professional, competent and friendly. I have been using this office for about 20 years and plan on staying with them as long as I can.
I have been going to Dr. Gorham and his practice for over 10 years. I have had routine cleanings every 6 months, fillings, and crowns. The staff is always professional and Dr. Gorham is conservative. He fixes what needs fixing and is efficient in doing so. The office decor and infrastructure reflect that (cost effective). Dr. Gorham is straight-forward in his approach and direct.
Dr. Murphy and his staff is absolutely wonderful! I went in with chronic middle and lower back pain. Dr. Murphy found that I had spondylolisthesis which was causing my lower back pain. Since going in for work my middle and lower back pains have gone from an 8-9 to a 0. I'm glad that it's gone to that because I was looking at spinal fusion surgery.
Robyn consistently provides quality care explaining the process taking place. Questions are answered in a manner that is understandable. Her welcoming demeanor puts one at ease for a challenging experience. Your smile is wider than when you entered.

I received the service and treatment that I expected in a very timely manner by everyone and especially the young lady that cleaned my teeth. I already my next visit in December already set up.
