I had a previous issue, that was resolved through open communication between myself and the owner of the store that allowed both parties to come to a speedy and mutual resolution. My best wishes to the owner.
Everytime I message or call round rock beauty I always get EXCELLENT service. Told my friends about the store and they love it from first impression as I did. Every single question was answered to the fullest detail. Found alot of products that we were unable to find in other beauty supply stores. Love this location, staff, cust service and prices.
