Today will be the last day I go to this beauty supply. I would call myself a pretty regular customer but today that has changed this place is about money they can give a damn about the customers. I sent my husband there today to purchase some hair dye. I need eyelashes and some more iteams so I went and purchased another dye for just in case purposes. Hello, chemicals are risky to sell after someone brings them back because we cannot be sure about the temperature of where the product was during the time you had the chemical. We are all about our customers. We cannot take the product back, put it on shelf to sell to someone else and risk them damaging and or losing their hair. The policy has been in effect for 5 years now with the no return sign on the door and the checkout counter. Thanks

Everyone is super sweet and this place is honestly my go-to store when it comes to wigs and other supplies. This place beyond amazing, they have so many varieties of wigs, and they know their stuff! Love this place to death! Everyone should go to this store!
Shereen is always a joy to talk with and she is always pleasant when helping to find just the right look. I truly hope this store stays in Round Rock as we truly need a beauty store here just geared for our needs. Job well done!
