If I could give zero stars I would… these apartments are nothing like the photos and need to be torn down and rebuilt due to extreme roach problem. My last straw was my crawling baby ending up with one in his food. I left the apartments and their leasing agent GABBY advised it wouldn’t show as a eviction due to me leaving before eviction court but not only did she lie, I’m now owing more than i initially did with no assistance. The office staff is super sweet and maintenance has been great as well. They are very clean and make sure their property is well kept. Monthly pest control and I haven’t had any issues. It’s very calm here as well. By far the best I’ve ever rented in Arlington, hands down.
Great community, quiet and kid friendly. Spacious for what you’re paying for a 3 bedroom.

Do not apply here. They are strictly only trying to obtain application fees. Places like this are normally trying to pocket money from applicants. I was literally told by Alyssa what my credit score could be in order to obtain a rental on one day and not even 24hrs later I was told that I did not qualify. My credit score is above the requirement. I have no evictions or broken leases. I also make 4xs the rent with a stable job. Be weary of this property. The are truly scamming individuals and families.
