I have been coming to this dental office for years. It has always been great.
The person at the front desk who checked me in was welcoming and efficient. Anna is great at her job with a friendly and calm manner. Tom is the best dentist I've ever had in patient interaction, knowledge and expertise. (I left No. 1 blank because I've never had an urgent appt. I'm sure this office would deserve an excellent ranking and I've heard others say that was true for them.)
You guys provide great customer service, and all very professional.
Our dental assistant was so friendly and sweet to my daughter. She did a wonderful job and made a great first dental visit. The dentist seemed rude. He treated my concerns as if they were ignorant questions. He did not do a thorough look In her mouth to see my concern. He treated me as if he did not have the time of day. I did not feel welcomed by him.
Everyone is always friendly and helpful each and every time I come in there, whether it is for myself or one of my children. Thanks

Extremely slow turn around. Appointment was at 6:30 and not done until 8pm for one filling.
