For several years I and the kids had been going to a dental practice that was close but where the dentists rotated so much I really didn't know any of them. Then Dr. Kalpit Shah and Family Dentistry came to Wilson road and I switched and I have never been happier! It is clean and friendly and everyone knows what they are doing. The Dr & his staff are so nice and accommodating. I've had such bad experiences with previous Dentist's and I'm very glad I found Dr. Shah. He's great!

First I need to say that I rarely do reviews or recommendations of any kind, but my initial experience with Round Lake Family Dental was so exceptionally good I wanted to share. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and Dr. Shah was fantastic. The first time I walked in, Candice at the front desk explained all I needed to know about insurance plans and answered all of my questions. She is very friendly and professional. When I met with Dr. Shah, he also is very friendly and professional and throughly explained what I needed, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me in the very next day for a pair of bothersome teeth. The friendliest staff ever. I was very nervous for my appointment but Dr Shah and his staff were very patient and gentle. I had no pain and the appointment went great. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did. They were awesome with my kids as well. I highly recommend them.
