I've been a patient for over two years and have to say that Dr Shah and his staff are excellent! From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave you will be greeted with smiles and the staff will go out of their way to ensure that your experience is comfortable and painless. Went for myself and 3 year old daughter. Jessica was great making us both feel very relaxed. I couldn't believe my 3 year old let her clean and floss all her teeth! I felt very comfortable with care provided and was impressed with the honesty of the dentist.
Very friendly and capable staff. Clearly guiding you through every step of their care. My family including my 4 year old go here. They are exceptional with children.
It was my first time back to a dentist in a long time and everyone really made me feel at ease. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. My dental hygienist, Theresa, was wonderful! And Dr. Shah was thorough and patient explaining procedures and options.
As usual and outstanding visit
The Dr and his staff were very professional and welcoming. The staff explained to us the treatment plan and the financials and found a way to secure financing for the procedure.
I HAVE FOUND GOING TO THE DENTIST FOR WHAT EVER SITUATION VERY PLEASANT. ROUND LAKE FAMILY DENTISTRY PERSONNEL ARE VERY WARM AND PROFESSIONALS AND MAKE THE VISIT QUITE NICE. Where do I begin? From the movement you walk in you are greeted with smiling faces to until you are done with your appointment. I've been going to Dr. Shah for four years now and I couldn't be more satisfied with his services.
Round Lake Family Dental is really a great place to have your dental needs done. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate them a 10! So happy that i decided to try them . They truely have a great working team and that really means a lot.
