Now that I'm older I dreaded the dentist office, but since coming here the staff is always super courteous and accomidating. My appointments are always on time which is a big plus!
My family has been going to this dentist for about a year now . We all love it. Everyone is very nice, professional and even my 5 year old boy has no problem sitting through a cleaning.
I have not been to a dentist in a couple of years because of Insurance issues. I found this Round Lake Family Dentistry from a post card that was sent out so I made an appointment and it's the best thing I did. These Dentists are really great. It usually takes me time to establish my comfort zone but not with this team of dentists and staff. This team made me feel comfortable right away I am glad I found them and would not change for the world. If you need a dentist this team is the place to hook up with.
Several months ago after having weeks upon weeks of dental pain, I decided to take a chance and see a local dentist. After reviewing several in the Round Lake Beach area and reviewing his website, I decided to try Dr. Shah's office. my first impression is great. The staff are nice and professional. The doctor is good and nice. Overall the treatment is great
I went in for a 6month teeth cleaning. While cleaning katie noticed one of my fillings had been chiped out. It was only three years old. Dr shah inspected it and agreed to fix it same day. Great service.
From the minute you walk in until the second you leave the staff was very polite, welcoming, and friendly. They put your needs above all else. The office was very clean and sanitary and everything happens efficiently so your mind and mouth are at ease. I would highly recommend using this dentist office.
My first visit to Family Dentistry was one of the best experiences I have ever had at the dentist. The ladies up front were so very helpful and knowledgeable in answering every one of my questions and/or concerns.
