NOT impressed – way too expensive, too expensive for what it is. snobbish, prissy, hiding under the "clean" umbrella. clean is great of course, but what about reasonable pricing, good skills, outstanding service. You're just another expensive salon. It's where all the rich and preppy people meet just to be seen and to see whose there. I've had better for cheaper.
Cleanest Spa Ever! Great Atmosphere, relaxing. – Visited Roula's Spa for a manicure and a pedicure. It was so clean, great service, very relaxing, well worth the trip from the burbs, can't wait to go back.
Mediocre – I went today for a refill and manicure--I've definitely had better. My refill took too long and I've had better refills for half the price. $40 is far too expensive for the quality of work this place does.
User review by gah – Finally, a spa whose main concern is cleanliness. I got tired of travelling with my own mani-pedi instruments. At Roula's, I have complete peace of mind that they are actually USING their sterilization equipment. Also, it is very refereshing to finally step into a nail spa where you are not being analyzed in a different language by the nail technicians as soon as you walk through the door. I know we have all experienced that rude scenario!
Exceptional Service – The staff at Roula's Nail SPa are very professional and friendly. The Spa is upscale so there is no sales pressure to purchase other services. I visited the slon and have not been anywhere else since because the Spa uses steralized equipment. I highly recommend the salon to all my friends.
The total package – Somehow Roula has found the friendliest and most-skilled staff that I've ever experienced. The atmosphere is relaxed but elegant. I love that you take home the mini-bottle of nail polish to extend the life of your mani-pedi. Even better that everything has been sterilized by medical-grade equipment.
Quality of Life – The Nail Spa has a philosophical approach to what they do that is reflected in the customer experience. The value of their product is reflected in the staff skills, the atmosphere and in the way they trat their clients. It's about "quality of life"...not just nails.
Best Nail Spa in Houston – From the moment I walked into Roulas Nail Spa I new it was going to be a fixture within Houstons growing spa industry. The service was spectacular and the environment was so relaxing. I was very impressed how hygienically everything was handled. I would recommend it to all of my friends.
spa for hygiene lovers – This is a place when you're in, you know you haven't seen like it. The service is excellent, the menu is even better, & the hygiene - may be good for an operating room! I will never go again to any other spa for nails, nor for facials & massages.
