I had two cataract surgeries by Dr. Edelstein in the Swansea office. He was very careful and informative and results were excellent.
Great doc but I’ve been sitting in his office now for2 hours. I’ve seen a nurse and a student. Both asked the same questions. Presumably they are relatively g to dr Terri who will probably ask me the same questions again.
Horrible doctor.....no one ever ever ever ever use him. SLU needs to investigate him ASAP and i will be contacting the right people to make this happen!!!!!
The worst Dr. I have ever had the misfortune of encountering .l She and her nursing team are completely irreliable. She does not respond to emails. Extremely unprofessional and short when i have talked to her . A leasion was found on my back on a MRI that she ordered & the condition from the lesion matched my symptoms exactly . Instead of doing anything about it, she stated that i would have to wait another 6 months and have another MRI “to see the significance “. Don’t risk your health with her
Dr Poddar is never available for follow up. The office is way to busy and disorganized. Many messages will be left with nurse and you may get feed back with in 4 or 5 days but do not count on it.
He told my mother there was not hope ... meet with hospice. Hospice came today and we explained how this dr had treated her and she was in shock. My mom is getting a second opinion because she is NOT ready for hospice!!
Dr Tetri is unable to provide professional service to his patients. Not only the hour + wait in the room, (even oil change place will give water and update you on progress) but he will not return phone calls or emails regarding my condition and labs, 4 months later.. Even a visit to his office manager made no difference. Numerous attempts have been made to get advice and treatment on my condition and they do not follow up. he s so busy, he doesn't care if you come back, he's got more waiting...
From a serious skull injury to my head I get brain symptoms from using my eye to move them or having things coming at my eye. Different tests she did caused different reactions from sobbing to jumping up and feeling like I was being suffocated and she had no clue why. Dr. Chung tried to convince me it was mind over matter, said I didn’t need to react to it because I “cooperated before” and said the only way she’d treat me is if I had no neurological reaction to different tests. I left early.
Be respectful and she will listen. She was the first doctor in years to formulate a plan, and didn't pass me off to someone else. She listens and genuinely cares. She is matter-of-fact, and she can process information quickly. She treats me as a whole person, and also passes down some pretty great life advice and observations.
