I’ve had two surgeries performed by Dr. Edelstein. Both brought excellent results. The doctor is busy. He is excellent at his work, and I recommend him.
Excellent doctor who takes all the time needed to answer questions and concerns. Been going to him for years and have never experienced a problem with his care or his staff. Thank you Dr. Tetri so very much for your care and personal concern for my well being.
Dr. Espinoza is the Best she is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. She has been the best thing that happened for my son when he needed her the most. Her surgeries that’s she has done on his eye have been amazing. We where and are very blessed to have her through all of it. Thank you so much Dr. Espinoza for everything that you do!
Poor encounter. makes you feel bad about being sick and that you are a bother
I find this dr very rude/verbally abusive. military style visit with no human connection. asks questions and wont let you answer them. she tends to put the words in your mouth that she wants to hear. she is self centered and not really in the room to help people with illness. writes down assumptions in the medical record that weren't even addressed during the visit. she wrote down i had a good gait and steady walk. Dr was disinterested in my husband’s health and well being. Office staff was rude. Obviously the dr had trained them to behave in the same manner that she exudes. The Dr. did not code tests correctly for the insurance company or give enough information to justify tests. The testing that SHOULD have been done immediately was treated like an afterthought. Dr E makes no effort to connect with his patients. He doesn’t listen, and is hasty in diagnosing. Prescribed $900 medication. He only said he could prescribe something else when I told him about the ridiculous cost. He has a job, not a calling.
When you get the eye chart exam, she will not listen. She will read it to you and make you say what she reads. Told me to make up what I see. I told her I could only see black and white, then clearer black and white. She doesn't care what you really see. Told me I had great eyesight ,even though it was actually her eyesight that was read. There is a large lady assistant that will knock the field of vision metal plate around. She knocked my teeth together several times. Then doc tells me we couldn't get a accurate reading.
