We were here for the Dallas Beast. We were 1 of many that were stuck in the mud. The men of RCL went above & beyond to free us. They were generous with their time & patient with the angry peeps. We had fun waiting our turn. Beautiful facility too! Big Thank You to the RCL Staff! See you next year!
I highly recommend this place! So many fun things to do. The staff were very accommodating and very nice. The food and the view was amazing!
We had a great time at the resort to say the least. Our experience was fabulous from check-in to our departure. We give it a 10 without a doubt. The customer service and attention to detail far surpassed the norm much less our expectations. We look forward to staying again in the near future and will definitely refer family and friends. I wish we could remember the individual names of those that served us. Please know that every staff member that served us was very knowledgeable and provided service excellence. Thank you!

This place is overpriced the food is not that good the hospitality is lacking ! I wouldn't waste two cents on this place it's not all what it's cracked up to be in their dining room it says it's five star it's more like no stars chef Gerard learn how to cook
Loved it and am anxious to return! Quality food, quality atmosphere!
Our whole family had so much fun celebrating Easter weekend here. Everyone was so kind and there were so many nice details. Looking forward to visiting again.
