I took a chance on Rouge and Luis. Having just moved to the area I didn't know anything about the local salons. I was not disappointed!!! Luis was incredible. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he went above and beyond. My hair looked better than the pic!! He was friendly and very attentive, and very experienced. I'll be driving back from Silver City to see him again!! Thanks Luis!! ���
