I always have such a great experience with Dr.Hall! She is kind, personable, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout my appointments. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer any questions I have, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an optometrist!
The reception is extremely uncaring and rude for no reason at all and talks down to people. Dr. Hall is pretentious and fake seeming to not care about certain patients. This place wants your money and that's it
My family is so pleased with Dr. Hall. The staff are friendly, the office is clean and bright, appointments are timely and efficient. Dr. Hall is also excellent with children
