This hotel is stunning. Beautiful design and decor, very clean and quiet. Great location and amazing customer service. The restaurant downstairs has great food. I recommended the French toast for breakfast.
Missed having a refrigerator in the room but all else was fine. Wine was nice and room service fast and elegant.
Pretty crap for a Kimpton. Water pressure on the 10th floor was next to nothing. There was more pressure if I would just spit on myself. Called the front desk to get it rectified pretty sure maintenance never actually came and looked at it. Trying to fill the bathtub for my son it too. Nearly 15 minutes to fill to about half way. Door stop in the room was broke off and I nearly stepped on the exposed screw. Windows might as well be open for how drafty and loud it was. Roo.
