Belle hôtel, apparemment tout neuf mais qui a un peu raté son départ : pas de SPA, conciergerie toujours vide, salle de restaurant extrêmement mal insonorisé donc très bruyante et au style froid (un tapis? Des bougies ? Plus d’ameublement ?). La Clim dans la chambre était très bruyante également. À part ça, tout le personnel est serviable, attentionné. Tudo foi perfeito. Quarto - nota 10! Cama - nota 10! Localização- nota 10! Limpeza - nota 10! Roupa de cama e toalhas - nota 10! O hotel conta com café e pequenos muffins de forma gratuita pela manhã. Gostamos muito dessa atitude do hotel. Mas queria deixar um elogio especial à equipe do restaurante, especialmente o EMRE e a MARTA, ambos extremamente simpáticos e faziam nosso dia começar bem, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. The hotel canceled our reservation, made weeks in advance, a few hours before we arrived in DC.
We were only in Washington for two nights, and Kimpton Banneker Hotel made the stay great. The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything we wanted to see, with a coffee shop and grocer just around the corner. Our room was amazing, not sure if that was down to a free upgrade we managed to snag, but it was large, clean and modern throughout.
Absolutely would stay here again! We chose the Kimpton Banneker for a birthday weekend and had a wonderful stay. The service was fabulous, and we especially admired how clean and well maintained the hotel was. Complimentary coffee was available each morning, which we appreciated since breakfast was not included in our booking. One practical tip: consider taking the Metro, as parking and the additional fees can be expensive. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return!
