Visited for an MRI. A little hard to find a parking spot, but customer service was fantastic from the canteen lady outside as I read a book, to the barista, and the staff at MRI imaging.

I was at the audiology department today with a broke hearing aid. They have my other defective hearing aid and it is out for repair. I wanted to add this hearing aid to the one they have. Their reply was we can schedule you an appointment to bring in this defective hearing aid in 30 days. When I challenged their solution I was told if you don’t like our policy you can go buy your hearing aids on the open market.
