Horrible experience, Morgan in sleep dept is an arrogant bot, who goes above and beyond to keep you from getting help in the sleep dept, had to call patient advocate to get things squared away from his negligence, took 3 tries to set up appointment to pick up my sleep machine,with a ride, due to a supervisor not from this state to do organs job for him, bee bop boop
This facility provides excellent care and cares about their veterans. Shout out to the sleep study dept. Thank you for all you do
The people I encounter at this hospital are one of two types. They are either lazy and it is all about them & no one else. Or they are self-righteous, complacent, disenchanted, and not to be bothered. Every once in a while, I encounter someone that actually wants to be there & enjoys their job and takes their oath, seriously. My husband tries not to go here but has to. Every time he needs something it’s like a week long process. Can’t do basic tests in ER, appts 3 months out, and no eye contact. Being military you want people taking care of you that at least look at you and can perform basic tests. Not to mention the amount of teams he has been through.
