I always get prompt, professional service. The technicians I’ve had have been helpful and polite. It’s good to know they will come at times other than the bimonthly appointment to assist with any additional issues.
As first time home owners, Rottler has had our backs literally since day 1 of taking ownership of a house that hadn’t been treated in over 10 years. Our technician, Joe, has been very helpful and informative. He always contacts us 3-4 weeks to schedule our monthly home treatments. Even though we had 5 inches of snow today, our backyard gate was locked and no one came inside, we had a bill on or door that Rottler treated our house today! Don’t know how they knocked down all those “spider webs” and treated our house when they didn’t leave footprints on the deck. REALLY??!!! No more rip offs at this house, thank you very much.
