Rottler personnel always courteous. I trust them to do a good job of which ever services I sign up for. This year, only to handle the vole population. Next year will probably go back to having other services they've provided. This year things go mixed up when I took down a huge oak and had another service clear the area. Thanks, Rottler, for being understanding about this temporary cut back.

I've been a long time customer dating back to when Rottler was Target Pest Control. Target was the BEST!! My service technician Jonathan was awesome! HOWEVER.. since it became Rottler they have assigned a new service guy and he's terrible! Cannot get him to return my calls promptly, usually takes several days! Then when he does call back, I have to work around HIS schedule instead of him working around mine. I have called customer service 3 times in a month and EACH time I've been told a supervisor will call me back. STILL W... read more

Started with squirrels, then birds trying to get into the attic. Cage, seal, and done. Worth the price compared to what would happen if the critters made a home here.
