Very satisfied with home pest prevention services for several years. Technicians prompt and polite. Have helped with mice control and routine insect problems and carpenter bees. Also willing to allow us to move the dogs around so they can get to all parts of the property.
After the first visit the technician just hurried through the house and didn't do much. I called to let Rottler know we still had insects and they returned but again the tech didn't do much and left quickly. I called to complain and was told a field manager would call me back but never got a return call.

From the initial consultation with Adam, to the treatment began Mark on the next day, I am extremely pleased. Mark stayed for hours, treating many issues and the entire house . It was super hot and he was in his full bee suit for hours . He even went into our attic, to make sure the infestation had not gone in there.
