I've been using Rottler for about a year and a half now based on a recommendation from my brother. The pest service is always completed thoroughly and I've learned a few pest facts along the way. Jeff Gihring is a very friendly and personable technician. The service is automatically scheduled every other month, but they are flexible about adjusting appointments according to my convenience.
Over the past couple of years my technician Michael Ballard always gives great customer service and is a trustworthy person to have in your house. Hes very flexible with his appt times and thorough with the service.
Thanks to Jeff Gihring for setting up the contract for our termite system. Feeling much better that our home is better protected.
