Amazing fantastic reliable speedy service and I felt comfortable as a women dealing with Rudi and Roto Rooter. I had water coming through my walls didn’t know the water was coming from Rudi came out found the leak and gave me options in regards to repair
Never call his company If you have a plumbing need. I think they contract with incompetent ones. They sent a guy who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He made a big mess. I gave him the money and begged him to get out of my house. Following day, I called a different plumber and got my stuff taken care of.
They’re so bad. Came to my house to fix a leak under the sink. Something was loose they changed the parts tightened it up. It worked good for about a month. After that, the same issue happened where the part came loose again and the pipe came out. I called them back under their warranty. The kid came and he just tightened it. A few weeks later, Lo and behold Same issue with the pipe loosening again the leak is back and now no warranty. Never use these people…
