Due to error with ***** repairman working on our refrigerator, waterline got disconnected and flooded our flooring. ***** repairman called Roto Rooter since we didn't have a plumber to call immediately. They came and repaired waterline, and ran equipment to dehumidify floor that got flooded. Well this took 4-days. Project manager demanded and forcefully tried to get us to give them our credit card before job was completed. Used them to come out to my residence for a plumbing issue. The service tech came out and notated that nothing was wrong with my drain even though water came out from everywhere. I stated that I had once of their techs remove roots from my drain line 5 months earlier but he did not further checks. 1 week goes by and sewage begins erupting from my drain line, causing a huge mess in my basement.
