Our water heater started to fail and we scheduled Roto-Rooter to come to inspect it. The technician, Shawn Jackson, assessed the condition and provided estimates for repair and replacement. Zakk rebuilt my shower diverter on a Sunday quickly and confidently. He was very courteous and his work was of the highest quality.
We had a sewer drain pipe backup and the person (Gabriel) that came out with the camera was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly (tree roots) and get the problem fixed for me fast. The plumbing technician (Jaime) that came out to excavate and fix the broken pipe was also very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them.
This is the first time we used Roto-Rooter. We had scheduled for them to arrive from 8-10am. They were here around 12:30. Henry arrived. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he would do and got to work right away. He fixed our problem in the sink. I give them only 4 stars because of how long it took them to arrive.
