In a few hours - Cutler repaired much of a long-standing handicap-accessible toilet problem. He would have finished the job had I not stopped him to coordinate details with other agencies concerning the repairs. When he returns and finishes the job, he will end a very long nightmare in this parish. He is a complete professional and brings great credit to the Roto-Rooter organization!!!!! We had our sewer line clogged. It was discovered by backup and overflow from a low threshold shower. By the time it was discovered the water had covered the bathroom floor and had migrated into the bedroom where we have carpet. The response was quick. After the drain was clear they used a camera to show me where the problem was in the system. We are currently working with them on the remediation process and have been very pleased with the care and responsiveness.
