Out technician was very experienced and professional. He found the problem very quickly and resolved it. I was extremely happy with their service as I always am. They are alwyas the plumbers we call for both of our salons. Our usual plumber was out sick when we called but we were very happy wth the plumber that was sent to us. Thank You Pauline Jannelli

the two men that came over were very professional, they explained all the options I had with regards to the sewage backup.They spent a few hours and solved the problem.I also now how have a yearly contract with roto rooter, it was the best option for us.

My service was done today, 10/7/09, by your technician, John (#51-3019) who was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything, provided me with an estimte prior to proceeding with the job and advised me why the situation was created. I have had other work done by Roto Rooter in the past, but your technician, John, was remarkable.
