We had a leak in the basement from the boiler. Oil company said it was plumbing problem. We called Roto-Rooter. The technician, Tim, #3745,was on time and courteous. He appeared to know his business. He gave us an estimate and did the job. He was also neat. Cost: $230. About 10 minutes after he left we encountered another related problem. soon after moving in to our new house, my roommate and i noticed backing up in nearly all of our plumbing areas. roto-rooter was out within 2 hours, and spent hours trying to find an easy way to fix the problem. there was, sadly, no easy fix, but they were able to come back and completely fix (fingers crossed!) our pipes within days - despite it being a holiday weekend. they appreciated how awful it was for us to go without plumbing and resolved the issue in a day (a *very* long day for them on the hottest day of the year)

Your employee Bill immediately put me at ease as soon as he arrived and let me know that while I thought that my problem was terrible and insoluble Bill assured me that it was no such thing! Two guys turned up, i thought this wasnt going to be cheap as im paying for two guys when one is all i need. They quoted me a price $225 plus parts to fix a leaking kitchen sink. Ok i thought thats expensive but what the hell lets get it done. They encountered a small problem which meant the job was a little more complicated. Final bill $420. The Technican Tom#51-252 Was Friendly,polite amd respectful.We were talking for a while and found out that we work together before and what a suprise this was. This is the second time that i decided to pick roto-rooter for a problem that I was having at the house and had a coupon that was sent to the house and that really help out.If a company wants your business, they will sent coupons for you to use as a "thank you" for your business.That's how you keep good customers. Our message was returned right away and an appointment set up as soon as possible so that we were not without hot water for very long at all. Bill arrived on time despite the snow and slippery roads and was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything to us in very simple terms and cleaned up very well.
