I've used Roto-Rooter before for another job and was very pleased so when I found a mystery leak coming from an upstairs bathroom, without hesitation - I called them. Bill #1556 showed up at the exact time promised, he located the source of the leak and corrected the problem quickly. The tub overflow drain was not installed properly 11 years ago and had slowly been leaking until it got to the point where I was seeing water spots on my ceiling. I only use Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs, for the past 16 years. They are extremely reliable, courteous , and educational when performing repairs at my home. The plumber, Josh # 348, arrived on Sunday evening at 9 pm, after I called them with my problem after 8 pm. Josh meticulously diagnosed and trouble shooted the problem with my bathroom shower, and stayed till 11 pm to make sure we had use of running water and toilets through the night. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were supposed to have 10 people over for a dinner party. I took a shower in my upstairs bathroom and, unfortunately, water started backing up in the drains downstairs and onto my den carpet. I called Roto-Rooter and they came within an hour and had my main drain cleared right before my guests arrived. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me info on how to prevent this in thee future. I would highly recommend them for your drain service needs.

Picked Roto-Rooter from the Yellow Pages for an unknown leak in first floor ceiling. Serviceman arrived in a resonable amount of time and assessed the problem quickly. Bill N was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. He took care to protect our furniture and floor when opening the ceiling and to clean up when done. We were very pleased with the service and would use again

I had a very bad clog that left my bathroom sink and kitchen sink draining extremely slow. It got so bad it was effecting the performance of the dishwasher. I found Roto-Rooter in the yellow pages. They are available at anytime without extra fees. The service man came promptly and took care of the clog within 20 minutes. He was very careful to cover under my sink with cardboard so nothing would splatter in my cabinet. The service man left everything clean and he was very effecient. I give them a high recommendation.

I saw the water in my basement and knew immediately that my sewer was backed up for the 2nd time in 9 months. When Bill came he was professional, courteous, helpful and sympathetic to my plight. In order to reach the pipe, many things had to be moved out of the way. Bill told me he would move the heavy boxes, if I started moving the light ones. That was a first for me! We've had a recurring problem of strong odor coming up from the shower drain, essentially a sewerage smell. We tried all of the usual over the counter drainage products but none worked. I decided after this morning's shower that it was intolerable and unhealthy and phoned the local Roto-Rooter. Within one hour a serviceman called and ran an electric snake clearning what was most likely a hair and soap backup somewhere in the line.
