Guy was nice enough and got my clog settled. Augur the toilet. Claimed root rooter made the prices $550 . But made look like a deal because wanted also $665 to augur the sink that I didn’t ask and said I can take care of sink on my own but he brought it too the $550 for both. I said I’ll just get it done myself. I’ll take the toilet off and do.. $550 for both. I said okay wanting my toilet fixed. But that was $300 visit at best. I really should’ve done myself. But. I would give zero stars if I could. I was completely scammed by roto-rooter Stratford. The first person to turn up when I requested a plumber was a water mitigation person. I was assured that my insurance would cover the cost of removing sewage damage from basement. They didn't. I am down more than $13000 and Roto rooter destroyed my basement. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
