Call for a leaking outside faucet. Very prompt and professional service. They came out for a free estimate then gave me an itemized breakdown.
I recently had an emergency with a washing machine hose that broke and spewed water all over my laundry room and kitchen. I contacted Roto Rooter in Atlanta and they sent a plumber out the same day to fix it for me. The plumber was knowledgeable and patient with my questions and had recommendations that made sense. I would definitely call again in an emergency!
The water mitigation team has been amazing to work with. the sense of urgency and communication worked out well for me and my family.
Fast and reliable work performed. Both in plumbing as well as water restoration. Will definitely use again.
They installed a water heater in October 2022 $3700 May 2023 they replaced due to it quit working cost $1800. said labor was not covered, SCAM company

I was so thrilled with the work with the guys at Roto-Rooter. Having a plumbing problem that flooded my house was a disaster, but everyone at Roto-Rooter worked to help get me back to better than new condition. They were so nice and patient in explaining everything to me. I highly, highly recommend them!!!
We called Roto-Rooter and a man came to diagnose the problem. He said he could replace our water heater for $2400. When my husband said that it seemed like an outrageous price, the diagnosis changed multiple times. Lots of red flags. Finally he said he could replace a part for $1200. He pushed my husband to sign a contract and told him he must sign. He did not explain what my husband was signing and was extremely adamant that he needed to sign immediately.
