Made an appointment for 4/23/25 between 3-5pm. Great! The appointment day arrives, receives a text at noon they are on the way. Waited until 3pm possibly assuming they are busy or running behind. Not a problem, my appointment time originally is between 3-5pm so I proceed to wait. 5:15pm I contact customer service and was told technician was pulled back for another job and to wait another 30 minutes to an hour for another one. If I can give a zero I would for wasting my whole day.

Maulden Karl, not the actor Karl Maulden, but the plumber Maulden Karl, (great guy!) was professional, experienced and trustworthy. He performed a perfect job of high-pressure cleaning of our water main that was greatly needed and associated pipes. Representing Roto-Rooter, we would certainly employ this company, requesting Maulden for our plumbing needs and we highly recommend both, the man and company! Thank you Maulden!!!
