Chris had our clogged drain line for the kitchen sink working perfectly in just over an hour. Very professional.
They appeared to care and to be professional. They over charged, lied about completing all the work and put the mixed up the hot and cold plumbing in the upstairs bathroom. They refused to fix the problem unless I signed a waiver not to litigate. I hadn't thought about litigation before then. I merely wanted the job done right. I paid almost $13,000 to have my entire house re-plumbed. This is unacceptable. Don't trust these people. Good work is hard to come by in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. When you call and have a severely ruptured pipe, are told someone would be out to assess the problem and they don’t show up IT IS A BIG NO FOR ME!!!!
