Mike Sweazy, my service tech was the best. He was on time,easy to talk with knowledgeable and was very professional. He located the problem( garbage disposal ceased up) and discussed with me my options towards fixing the problem. I would recommend Roto-Rooter plumbing for all of my future plumbing issues. Luis did an amazing job!
Phone call was answered promptly and service technician, Jesse, arrived within 1-1/2 hrs on a Saturday night and unclogged a drain that was backing up into tubs and showers throughout my house. He was here and gone in less than 30 min. He was very thorough with information and efficient with his work. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Great service techniques technician to explain everything that you need to be done and how you gonna go about it very friendly and very clean. I recommend them highly.
