I had a very good experience with Roto Rooter. I had a water problem on THANKSGIVING. The person who I spoke with in the initial call was very helpful. Guy from water restoration team came out in about and hour. Very professional. Jacob and his partner who did the water restoration work were awesome! Joan the plumber who repaired the leak was great! Quality work and quality people. An AWESOME experience!!!
We had a main line back up to deal with after just moving in to our new home. It was also Thanksgiving week and we had family visiting so we were definitely stressed. I called late at night to schedule service for the next day. They were running a little behind but did vall to let us know. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed our problem. We had a very good experience using Roto Rooter . Nick and Bill took care of our project and kept us informed throughout the process. We had our main line replaced from the house to the street and an additional line from the laundry room to the street. The project was complicated and required technicians with a lot of experience. I received a phone call in the morning to inform me that I would be the next call on my technician’s schedule and another call when he was on the road to me. Nick was professional and quickly quoted and cleared my blocked drain. He also gave me tips for avoiding the issue in the future. Quick, friendly and convenient service!

The technician was very professional and even fixed a patch job done by my husband and made the setup less likely to break in the future. The cost was a little more than expected but well worth it.
I called in the morning and the plumber arrived the same day before the time frame that was emailed to me. Roto-Rooter also called to tell me the plumber would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. The plumber was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the repair well. The work I had done was a replacement flange for a toilet and new toilet installed. I am very happy with the work that was done. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past for clogged drains and will continue to call on them in the future.
