We were from out of town for our Moms funeral and settling her affairs. When her sewer system at her house failed. They were prompt and quick, as we ourselves were there for only 2 weeks. They easy to work with. When problems came up they explained them and were upfront as to the cost. I would hire them again.

Professional and knowledgeable, that is how I would describe Muka, the Roto-Rooter technician who quickly (but thoroughly) fixed the drainage problem at our house. In a sea of companies I could have picked from, Roto-Rooter and Muka (technician # 791) earned my strongest recommendation.

I got new PVC in main sewer line replaced and all the guys were great. I had Brian w camera for me to see the problem myself and Steve here to do the job and he did a clean cut through the tile and cleaned up perfect to get the job done. Happy to have good service on such a big job.
i called roto-rooter for help on 7-4 at 8:30 am two representatives came to my assistance. one gentleman`s name is "Scott Bowers" and his associate Steven. One of the best companies to use. Roto gives a courtesy call right before the tech comes, and they have came on time every time I need their service for my home. The techs know what they are doing, and they certainly dont try and up sell you or try to fix things that arent broken. I like the online scheduling being so easy, and the prices are good and certainly comparable to other local companies.
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Roto Rooter and Drini Cenco. I will also like to add that dispatch is very communicative, I like that. They call if they are running behind. They call when they are 45 minutes out. I asked a lot of questions, shocker, I always have questions because I’m a worrier, and Drini was patient and answered every single one! Guy knows his stuff. Wesley seemed to be very experienced. Very nice young man. Even put some slip on covers over his shoes when he entered my house to keep any dirt or grease he may have had on his shoes. It cost a little bit more than expected. He was the quickest one to respond to my problem. Everyone else I contacted was going to be later in the week.
