the rep for this service was very experience in the field and knew what and where the problem was he was polite they really were good in calling me when he was on his way and followed up to make sure that all my needs were taken care of I would use them again
I couldn’t believe how great my experience was. I live in Concord, CA. My housekeeper was cleaning my bathrooms when the toilets started gurgling and stuff starting coming up in the shower and tub. I called Roto-Rooter explained the problem & they said someone would be at my house within 2 hours. An hour later a water specialist showed up to check to make sure I didn’t have water damage.
