Please explain to me how your company has the decency to try to charge my elder Father-In-Law $600.00 for a job that cost my Husband $30.00 in parts, and 30 minutes labor time to fix? Not to mention that the leak was found prior to your service man coming out to diagnosis the problem. He even thanked them for moving all the rock out of the way and digging up the ground. Shame on you!
