I had a sump backup in my basement late on a Saturday night. Roto Rooter responded immediately and professionals were at my house within 20-25 minutes of my phone call. Fast, friendly and professional service during a very stressful time. The entire crew was very accessible and responsive during the entire cleanup process. Highly recommend Roto Rooter for water restoration.

On Dec 16,2017, two technicians came to my house to install a AOsmith 50 gallon unit. Their names are Josh Roe and Dustin Ganoe. They performed a very good service. Their cleanliness was top notch as they cleaned out the utility room spotless.
Very fast response time for late at night on a Saturday. Both the guy who picked up the phone and the technician who came out were friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service that I got.
My family is extremely pleased with Roto-Rooter. We went with a different company at first to save money; however, after having another company come out twice to fix the same issue, it was Roto-Rooter who fixed our issue. Not only did they fix the issue the first time fast, they were friendly and professional and didn't make us feel like we were needing to buy a different more expensive service to get the issue resolved.
