Brent was very professional and took care of unplugging a toilet in a short time. Was able to use a $50.00 off coupon which was awesome. Will recommend Roto-Rooter to friends and family.

Kris came to my home for a toilet back up, which we could not fix. It took him 10 minutes to fix the problem. He was friendly, professional, and to the point. I would use them again. They were great.

We had a liner installed in our sewer line. Adam (683) and Mitch (1352) were very professional, answered all our questions and it went faster than we expected. Everything went very smoothly - work is first rate. We have used Roto Rooter in the past for both emergency and mundane plumbing issues, and we have always been very happy with their professionalism and the high quality work they do. Not the least expensive choice, but the work is always done correctly the first time.

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. On a Sunday afternoon, after noticing a back up in our shower, bathtub, and toilets, we called their 800-line and had service within 90 minutes. Our technician, Mike Phillips, was knowledgeable, professional, and considerate.

Very prompt to come to fix our broken pipe in the house from a water faucet outside which froze over the winter and the technician, Todd, was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns and left no mess from his work and we also got a year warranty with his service. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing need

The drain in my laundry room had backed up and I made an appointment online, also got a coupon on line. I had a confirmation email within minutes. I got a call that the technician would be there in 30 minutes and he was on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When they were finished everything was cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service and reliable. Ron was my technician and he wonderful!

Once again, I had to have Roto-Rooter out my house to complete repairs to my drainage system. This time, it was Brent Hargis who arrived exactly when he said he would, and brought in all equipment required to complete my drain cleaning (no easy task, as he had to haul it all down to my basement!). Brent made sure the entire area around the drain was covered so as to avoid any splashback stains on the carpet and proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner.
