Brian #936 came in today and help us removed a large root moss blocking the main pipe. He was polite, and professional. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
We are having problems closing on a house right now because RotoRooter did terrible work for the sellers two years ago. We did a sewer inspection for this home, and the work they did just two years ago is cracking - all because they used the wrong type of piping. You may be satisfied with their work on the front end, but I guarantee the quality of their work does not last.
I had an emergency this morning when a pipe burst in my house, and Roto-Rooter was an absolute lifesaver! They responded incredibly fast, and within no time, a technician arrived to assess the situation. He was extremely professional, kind, and respectful, which I truly appreciated during such a stressful moment.
