Awakened Saturday a.m.to turds afloat in the tub, called Roto-Rooter, Gjohn was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly, educated us on our plumbing and how to keep it "healthy" and, also told us to call the "city" as they were responsible for tree roots in our system as it was off our property! City was here shortly, are putting in a separate clean-out line for future problems...all thanks to Roto-Rooter and Gjohn! Can't thank both of them enough; will always call them for future plumbing issues.
