Robert Powers came out to fix a leak in my laundry room. He arrived quickly, performed his work without error, and made sure we had hot water for the evening. He was courteous and explained exactly what the problem was and made sure everything was cleaned up. I’d definitely recommend him and the Huntsville team!

I had a wonderful experience with this Roto-rooter of Huntsville, AL. Chris Creekmore and crew came out to fix a water leak in the front of house. He was extremely Professional about the issue, and answered all my questions. Spoke about possibility of repairing of pressure valve, and what I would expect as a home owner. I live in Fayetteville, TN and Roto-Rooter has come to my rescue on two occasions now in less than a month. We had a sump pump go out late on a Saturday and they came right out and fixed it. And just yesterday we had them come out because we had a leak we couldn’t find and they found it and repaired it right away! So thankful for their quick and professional service technicians.

Jared and Chad worked on my septic system on two separate service calls. The first service call they pumped the septic system and gave me a price quote and recommendation for a permanent solution. Previous homeowner had installed the backyard pad over the septic system and the pad covered one of the two access points to my septic system. My experience was excellent. I had been experiencing some issues with my water pressure and Billy was able to get to the bottom of the issue within a matter of minutes. He was also able to address an issue with my dishwasher and my toilet. I was one happy, less-stressed individual after he left. I also felt like the price was very reasonable.
