Jim did an Amazon job and provided a comprehensive service. Communicated well with us and was overall satisfied with the work done today.
He did wonderful. Very knowledgable, respectful and professional. It was so worth it to called this company. They just show up 1 hour, after I called them yesterday. However, after several hours he left, I find out that the water pressure in my shower was working just 10 % capacity. I thought he checked all that, before leaving my house. I called Mr. Jim S yesterday to be sure he will include me in his schedule for today at any hour. I just need my regular water pressure back today, so I may continue having my regular shower... read more
