Buyer beware. Overall a very frustrating experience and a lack of professionalism. I think we would have been fine with our original tech, but as soon as they involved their mitigation team, it felt like a game of manipulation, lies and then just ignore the crazy customer until he goes away. Professional, friendly, and fast... usually... The previous two times I've dealt with things went pretty well. The latest time that I've called them, I needed to get a blockage in my main stack cleared. They gave me a two hour window and then didn't show up for a full six hours after that window the first day and canceled the appointment without notification. The next day they sent someone out after the two hour window they gave and then that guy didn't have the tools to clear the main stack. I'm now on day three of not flus... read more

Website says they install gas water heaters. Don't waste a call because they said they actually DON'T!!!
