I used Roto Rooter twice in the past month. The first time was to replace a leaking pipe and the second time was to fix a clog causing back flow. They were punctual both times, and while they fixed the leaking pipe, they charged more than many other plumbers in town. The second visit was an absolute mess. We had backflow into our tub, and we suspected a clog due to some baby wipes that were mistakenly flushed a few days prior.
