OK, now when your toilet backs up on Christmas morning you've got a serious problem. Of course the plumber I've used for years is not open Christmas Day and luckily I have no use for them now. Alisa showed up within the hour and was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend their services to anyone and it couldn't hurt to ask for Alisa as she was so pleasant to deal with and turned a frustrating situation into a perfect fix. You folks have my business moving forward, I highly recommend!

My mother had a problem with a clogged pipe, so we called Roto Rooter, on friend `s recommendation... and within an hour everything was fixed! Alisa ( our technician), got there very quickly, and was amazing! Truly knowledgeable, very professional and very pleasant to interact with! Of all days to have problem, ours began Sunday morning! I called and was told not to worry, we don't charge you any extra for Sunday service and we provide a free estimate. The service technician, Alisa arrived and was extremely calming, polite and knowledgeable. My tub was clogged for some time now but Technician Alisa was very confident and knowledgeable about the situation. my mail line was blocked and the shower and toilets downstairs overflowed, it was a mess, I called and they came out exactly at the time I requested, opened the main drain and fixed the problem immediately, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and very nice, I feel great knowing they cared about the problem and solved it right away so that I could proceed with my work. We thought we had a leak in our master bath shower pan and we were unable to discover the leak on our own. Eddie from Roto-Rooter arrived and determined that the leak was actually a back in the lines that was feeding back up to the shower pan. He ran a 90' snake done the bathroom vent, laundry vent and the kitchen vent, clearing all three. All is working now thanks to Eddie.

I had two clogged sinks in my master bathroom and a clogged sink in my children's bathroom. I called Roto-Rooter they said they could be at my house in a few hours. Wilfredo showed up, he was kind and curteous. He explained to me what my options were and I told him to go ahead with the service. He was thorough and left no mess behind at all. You would have never known he was there except that the sinks are all draining properly once again, thanks to Wilfredo and Roto-Rooter.
