ONE DAY IN STUART FLORIDA...DENNIS FROM ROTO-ROOTER IS AN EMPLOYEE THAT EVERYONE SHOULD STIVE TO BE! HE WAS PROMPT, POLITE AND MOST OF ALL KNOWLEDGEABLE...HE SNAKED AND BLASTED OUR PIPES, HE HAD TO REMOVE THE TOILET TO DO SO, WHICH WAS NOT AN EASY TASK...HE DID IT WITH GENTLE CARE AND REPLACED AND CALKED IT AS A PROFESSIONAL WOULD! Yesterday my kitchen and laundry room exploded! There was food from garbage disposal coming out from behind my washing machine! Not to mention the 50 shades of disgusting coming up from my kitchen sink! Roto-rooter was at my home in about 30 minutes, and solved problem in even less time! The service man was friendly, honest, and gave helpful tips for prevention. THANK YOU!

Dwayne Matthews from the Roto-Rooter in Boca Raton was the technician sent to provide service. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and corrected my drain problems. I would not hesitate to request him if and when further service was needed.

Alisa Scott was ny technician and her service was awesome! She arrived earlier than expected and did the job quickly. She kept me informed in each step of the process and although I didn't want to pay extra, she explained to me exactly why paying a little bit more now would save me a whole lot in the long run. She also steered me to a septic tank service provider for a service I needed that R-R no longer does. Thanks R-R for having such a great employee. Thanks Alisa for getting my plumbing going again!!

Alisa Scott from Roto Rooter came to my house in Fort Lauderdale FL and did such an amazing job. Came the same day as the call and had the job done in less than an hour, about 30 minutes exactly. Extremely fast,reliable, and reasonable priced. Would recommend to anyone in search of a plumber.

ALICIA SCOTT FROM ROTO ROOTER CAME TO MY PROPERTY AND DID AND EXCELLENT JOB DIAGNOSING AND FIXING THE PROBLEM. SHE WAS VERY PROMPT AND GOT THE PROBLEM RESOLVED ASAP. SHE ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH EVEDENCE OF THE REASON FOR THE TROUBLE THAT MAY ASSIST ME IN GETTING REIMBURSED BY A PREVIOUS SUBCONTRACTER THAT DID IMPROPER WORK. ALL IN ALL , A VERY GOOD SERVICE.

Dennis from Roto Rooter came and did a wonderful job! He was very polite and helpful. He found the problem immediately gave me a price and got right to work. I am extremely happy with the work. We live out in the middle of nowhere in Fort Pierce, FL but he had no problem finding us which I really appreciate. I would reccomend his services to anyone who asks.
