I was having major drain issues. it ws 7:30 in the morning I called another company first and they told me they do not start until 9am or I would have to pay overtime. I said nevermind, then I called Roto-Rooter, they were there within 40 min. The two service men who arrived were very professional. They cleaned out my drains and made sure to clean up all the mess. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. I will also be calling them again for any other issues. Karen Martini
The technicians came to my house within an hour of making an appointment. The technicians were very polite and professional. The job was done in a timely fashion and to my approval. I would definitely recommend.
Service was extremely quick after I called. The two men who serviced my house were very friendly and thoroughly explained everything they did to my hot water heater so that I understood. They were very courteous of not getting snow in the house and knocking when they entered my home. I am very satisfied with their quick response time and good work.
A drain issue on Sunday afternoon likely meant hard searching to find someone who would respond by phone to schedule immediate service .. It was , even with Companies who advertise 24-7 response .. Roto rooter of Youngstown is ridiculous! They would not give us a "ballpark" estimate over the phone and charged $36.95 for a totally ridiculous estimate. They showed up at my rental property 35 minutes early, got the keys from my tennant and went into the basement prior to me even being there. The guys then discussed the problems with my tennant. The main drain to my house was clogged on a Sunday afternoon, creating a mess they were out within two hours. They did a great job. They followed up by running a camera and jetter. The drains never looked so clean.
Great company with friendly employees that took care of our problem fast and effectively.We called Roto-Rooter when we had a sewage back up in our basement. They sent out serviceman, Scott Hendrickson #123, he took care of our problem quickly. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter on Meridian Rd, Youngstown, Ohio again in the future.
We had a "lovely" experience with our basement filling up with raw sewage last night. The plumber who came out, Jim, was a pleasure to have to fix the problem. He was honest, answered all of my questions (and there were a lot), and explained everything he was doing at the time he was doing it. Him and my father-in-law talked like they were old friends (my father-in-law is also into doing his own plumbing with the equipment he has, so they talked plumbing talk while doing the job).
