I didn’t want to have to call at 10pm on a Sunday but our home said otherwise. From Henry in dispatch to Chase the restoration manager to Aaron doing the literal dirty work I was super impressed. Polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely hard working. Aaron stayed until he had answered all our questions, ensured we felt good for the evening until repairs can start today. This is specifically for the emergency call but already extremely impressed.
I have used RR before and did not have a good out come. This time it was fantastic and the reason is the worker named Emilio. He organized the whole repair of my sewer line and was very clear about the cost and things we could do to reduce the price. I called other plumbing companies but a 30 day warranty doesn't say you trust your work. RR gives one year. Look at the clog pic.
Very polite. Came right away. Will use again.
Mike came out and fixed my shower and he was so professional and I would recommend him anytime I need a plumber
