The service repairman actually arrived within an hour after I made the service call. I was pleasantly surprised because I normally have to take at least a half day off work with other companies. He assessed the problem and gave me a quick estimate. I approved the estimate and he made the repair very quickly. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. They are very professional.

The plumber, whose name is William, came by my Cary house to rework the pipes which supply water to the sink, refrigerator, and dishwater. He did a fantastic job.

I had two upstairs toilets that were running water. I contacted Roto-Rooter on Monday evening (around 5 pm), assuming I would get a mid-week appointment. The lady that took the call was very nice and provided me with a few same day options! She told me someone would come out that afternoon and I would receive a call before the technician arrived. I had a clog in my main line that 3 different plumbers could not fix, even though they said it was fixed. Then I finally got fed up and called Roto-Rooter. The technician know right where the problems were, and fixed them promptly. No more drain problems. The only down side to my experience was the guy with the camera never showed up or called me when he was on his way (if he did show up). I don't know because one of the clogs was out in my yard, so he could have come without me having to be there. Its all good though. I giv... read more

Had a clog and had a local plumber out to help, but he only had a 30' pipe snake. Call Roto Rooter and they had a person out the next day, showed up on time, was very courteous, removed the toilet and snaked out the clog, cleaned up after himself, was was on his way in less than 2 hours. Sent the camera crew out to verify that the blockage was resolved - clean bill of health. Great job guys!!

Had a leaking water pipe under the dishwasher on a Friday night. Called Roto Rooter and they came within 90 minutes with an initial assessor who was able to pinpoint the root cause of the leak and told me what the plumber would probably have to do to fix it. Then the plumber arrived within another hour, he managed to patch together a pipe clamp for the shut-off valve under the sink, and removed the defective copper pipe. Very courteous and very efficient even at the late hour of the night.
