Great service. I live in the Everett/Lynnwood area, and actually got a letter from the water utility that they thought I had a leak. Yikes. I could only think to call Roto-Rooter, and I am so glad I did. A great guy came out to listen patiently to what I thought was going on. Then he checked everything and fixed the problems. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and the price was good. I am definitely going to call Roto-Rooter for my next plumbing job. Oh, yeah-- came out quickly, too.

Excellent service. I am in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle. They sent out a technician who arrived within 40 minutes. Narcis was courteous, knowledgable, professional, efficient, and careful. He was very clear about options and did a great job.

I called this company about 2 months ago. The service was super quick. They solved the problem right away with affordable price. Some recommendation is you can go find discount coupon on the website and it works. Defenitely call them again for future problem.

We had a clogged sewer so I called Roto-Rooter. Mr. Ron Kazemian, Field Supervisor #3459 came to the house in less time than the dispatcher stated. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgable. He explained each step of the procedure and knew the equipment perfectly. I was actually amazed how smoothly he worked; that is a sure sign of an experienced professional. Roto Rooter I had a drain clog and some minor flooding in my basement/Rental apartment. Mike Yardley, Field Supervisor came and took care of the problem. In the past, providers only cleaned out the visible clogged drain. Mike wasn't satisfied with that and went through the larger pipes in crawl spaces. He was very thorough and informative. He was the best of anyone who worked on that problem. Highly recommended.
